The Adventures of Mrs Ribozome

Mrs Ribozome works at the Engine Replacement Factory, one of the largest factories in town. One day after her shift at work, Mrs Ribozome visits her friends around town, then goes home to rest. But soon she discovers that aliens from outer space have overtaken the city—and Mrs Ribozome is the only one who can stop them. Can Mrs Ribozome save the city and the world?

The Adventures of Mrs Ribozome is a story about self-confidence and friendship. While told in the traditional children's picture book style, it is also a work of loose allegory, based on aspects of cell biology and virology. The ultimate aim of the author is to inspire children to learn more about science and the world around them. You can learn about the science featured in the book here!
